A joint health, police, JMC and district administration team will visit the homes of all newly infected people daily in the city to track intense contact, forcing the infected person to stay indoors while following the home isolation guidelines. Also, micro-containment zones will be created in areas that report five or more positive cases.
The micro containment zones will be created in the city starting tomorrow and the joint health, police, JMC and district administration teams will visit the homes of each person with a positive test from tomorrow. Containment zones will not be created everywhere, said Jaipur Chief Medical Officer Dr Narrottam Sharma.
The health department began sharing the list of infected people with the Jaipur police commissioner from Wednesday.
